Welcome to Breathe Joy Yoga, a studio devoted to offering mind/body classes that will enhance your life from the inside/out.

We offer a high level of personalized yoga instruction in all of our classes. Although most of our classes are taught vinyasa flow style, our teachers also incorporate various other styles of yoga to help guide you in your practice. In addition to our weekly classes and specialty workshops, we offer an immersive and contemplative 200-Hour Yoga Alliance teacher training program, retreats; and our creative and dynamic Pretzel Kids^® program for ages 3-16. Our classes are designed for all abilities, as yoga is truly a gift to be enjoyed and practiced by everyone.
